G923 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document contains the terms and conditions governing your use of the g923 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all users of the g923 platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the g923 platform, you agree to be fully bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the g923 platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the operator of the g923 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms is considered acceptance of the revised terms.
The g923 platform is open only to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Account Creation and Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the g923 platform. Registering more than one account by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without notice.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full name, date of birth, a valid email address, and any other details requested during the registration process. g923 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time, and failure to provide the requested verification documents may result in the account being suspended or closed.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. All activity that occurs under your account is considered your own. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact g923 customer support immediately.
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
Users of the g923 platform are responsible for ensuring that their use complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their place of residence. g923 is not liable for any violations of local laws committed by users.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the g923 platform:
- Using another person's account or sharing an account with another party
- Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities
- Using automation software, bots, or any unauthorised technical means to access the platform
- Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities or manipulate games
- Providing false information during the registration or identity verification process
- Transferring account funds to another user without platform authorisation
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of the account, and g923 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending further investigation.
4. Payments, Deposits, and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the g923 platform are conducted in MYR (RM). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via the payment methods listed on the platform, including online banking transfers and local e-wallets.
Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to the current policy displayed in the user's account section. g923 reserves the right to amend these limits at any time without prior notice.
For legal compliance and fraud prevention purposes, g923 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This may include a copy of your ID, bank statement, or other relevant documents. Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name.
Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take anywhere from a few minutes to several business days. g923 is not responsible for any delays caused by the user's bank or third-party payment processors.

All content on the g923 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is the property of g923 or its content providers and is protected by applicable copyright laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, republish, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from g923.
Links to Third-Party Sites
The g923 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided solely for the user's convenience. g923 does not control the content of those third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. Users are advised to review the terms and privacy policies of every website they visit.
6. Account Closure, Changes to Terms, and Governing Law
Account Closure and Suspension Policy
G923 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a terms violation, fraud, or illegal activity. In such cases, the account balance may be withheld pending investigation. Users whose accounts are closed due to a terms violation are not entitled to any unredeemed bonus balance.
Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting customer support. Any valid balance will be returned to the user once the required verification process has been completed.
Changes to the Terms
G923 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review the terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendment is considered acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through negotiation within a reasonable timeframe.
